Meet our Hosts

Dani Reilley

Dani Reilley

Dani comes to the TILT Team with a background in education and teaching in K-5 classrooms, where she found a passion for instructional design. She received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from the University of Kansas and obtained her Master's degree from FHSU in Instructional Technology in 2018. She began her employment with TILT in early 2022. Dani's expertise comes in course development, graphic design and has worked on content creation for the NDTC De-Escalation grant, New Faculty Orientation, amongst other projects.She will be a podcast manager and host this season.

Latisha Haag

Latisha Haag

Latisha is the faculty development training specialist for TILT with nearly 20 years of experience from a variety of educational settings and topics. She earned her BS in education from Kansas Newman College, her MS in communication from FHSU, and teaches as an adjunct. She will be a host on the podcast during Faculty Fridays.

Nicole Frank

Nicole Frank

Nicole Frank has worked in education since 1997, as a high school English teacher, college composition instructor, and community college and university administrator. As the faculty development coordinator at Fort Hays State University, her work includes facilitating new faculty and staff orientation, designing and facilitating ongoing professional development events, evaluating the efficacy and impact of professional development, designing and teaching training classes, and conducting training research. Nicole holds a B.A. in English from FHSU and an M.Ed. in Adult Education from Colorado State University. She is a doctoral candidate at Baker University. She will be a host of the Faculty Friday episodes this season.

Nathan Reidel

Nathan Reidel

Nathan obtained his Bachelor of Arts in English and his Masters of Liberal Studies - eLearning Professional at FHSU. He is currently working to gain his credentials as a Doctor of Philosophy - Information Sciences and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri. Nathan specializes in helping faculty find the digital tools to best help them in their courses. He also oversees Blackboard for FHSU by creating courses, maintaining the overall quality of the system, and troubleshooting faculty problems. In his free time, Nathan enjoys cooking, long hikes in the Sun, and making & playing video games. He is a host of Tech Tuesdays this season.

Magdalene Moy

Magdalene Moy

Magdalene is passionate about designing learning environments to leverage technologies for learner engagement and accessibility. She has received her Ph.D. in educational leadership and learning technologies, with a concentration in STEM education, from Drexel University. Magdalene earned a B.S. from the University of California, Riverside with a major in biology and a minor in women's studies, a M.S. in microbiology and immunology from Thomas Jefferson University, and a M.S. from Fort Hays State University in the Advanced Education Programs through Transition to Teach. Most recently, she taught engineering, computer science, robotics, and biology to Middle and High School students. She also has six years of experience designing curriculum, teaching, and training undergraduate and graduate students. In her position at TILT, Magdalene specializes in learning analytics and the curation of FHSU’s digital learning ecosystem. She will be a Tech Tuesday host this season.

May Yu-Harper

May Yu-Harper

May started her job as an Academic Program Specialist at TILT at Fort Hays State University in March of 2022. May graduated with an MBA in Digital Marketing from FHSU. She currently works at FHSU as part of a team that digitally manages the US Department of Justice National De-Escalation Training Program. Supporting efforts involving the National De-Escalation Training Center aligns with her undergraduate degree in Chinese law, as de-escalation principles and practices are cornerstones of civic practices in China. May will be embarking on her doctoral degree this summer at the University of Kansas! May will be the podcast manager and data analyst this season.
